16-hr Hands on Training
to include Firefighter Survival and Firefighter Rescue Techniques.
This course will dive into the statistics generated through Project Mayday. Students will first have the opportunity to listen to and watch demonstrations from instructors covering self-rescue, partner rescue, team/crew rescue, and RIT crew operations, all culminating with firefighter CPR. This course is a combination of instructor lead conversations and demonstrations followed up with the students participating in hands-on training through skills practice and scenarios.
There is no cost for this course, but pre-registration is required.

This course is a physically demanding HANDS-ON TRAINING (HOT)
Turnout gear, SCBA, and spare cylinder are required.
