FAST RESCUE BOARD Train-The-Trainer (12-hr)

(12-hour course provided over 2 days)

This course is designed as a “Train the Trainer” platform, where each technique will be taught with a focus on both the “why” and the “how.” Students will be expected to teach the techniques to their peers, demonstrating not only an understanding of the material but also the ability to effectively transfer that knowledge to others.

Participants in this class should be experienced, high-caliber firefighters with a strong foundation in rescue operations. Successful completion of the course, to the satisfaction of the instructors, may lead to consideration for adjunct instructor roles in future FAST Rescue Solutions courses.

With a low instructor-to-student ratio of 5:1, each participant will receive personalized attention and feedback throughout the course. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded a certificate of completion, signifying their readiness to teach FAST Rescue techniques and potentially serve as instructors for future classes.
